Hidden Charges

Dont trust the quotes that are sent from Pitney, they will add charges you didnt even know about. for instance, they will quote for parts and labour costs then sting you for travel costs even though you werent aware of them. The problem is they are approx £180 +vat travel costs so if it take 3 hours to get to you it costs you approx £550 on top of labour. now thats BS

You should have been quoted, maybe an issue with the quote. Probably bad communication from you to Pitney
