Yes, this goes down as a violent incident.
Now that Im on unemployment, on the verge of bankrupcy losing weight, not sleeping ,depressed,stressed,angry,and 58 old. Did the punisment fit the crime ? Now that pitney feels they protected the company by using the zero sense policy and in the process crushed family. My work record was great, I loved my job,was given an award for service 1 week prior. I want to meet and dicuss the incident, and the lax supervising that should have looked into what was going on in that department. I need a Lawyer that can challenge the policy. No one was hurt, we were friendly basis somtimes did not like commits he made to me and then i took him by his collar to shut him up that day.
