Do you work at Ppd? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview? Any advice for someone trying to get in? |

It seems that you have to have a friend on the inside. I have a good resume and a Masters degree, yet I am repeatedly turned down for jobs that I am overqualified for. I have yet to even be called for an interview. I know of someone else who gave their resume to a friend and was called not long after that for an interview. So, it appears, yet again, that it is WHO you know, not WHAT you know! |
