It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at PRC?

Any advice on striking the right note?

They ask the basic questions. What are your strengths and weaknesses? What skills do you have that will make you good at this job? What do you want from a job? "Basic Interview Questions 101". Just be positive and you'll get the job.

They are always the same questions..... Just talk and answer the questions, but becarful, the people who do the interviews are people that should not be and get off the track and ask the wrong questions.

I worked for PRC; believe me, you do not want to work for them. They have the wrong people in Management positions.

I was a Manager for PRC. If you are a person with values, you will not like the PRC culture. If you are an unsympathic clod, then you will fit right in.

As a People and Talent Manager I hate to say this, but look elsewhere..... PRC is very unprofessional and lacks the respect of the public.

Our People's Director is worth crap and doesn't know and care about state laws. Why would I want personal information being floated around the office and or destroyed the wrong way. PRC has so many personal information such as SS, credit card numbers, and phone numbers that in order to destroy them she takes them to her home and burns the records. Doesn't she know you can still retrive the information.

The Corporate Management treats their agents as a number not a person. The management team at this call center their hands are tied to Corporate Policies. If you want to work for a compnay that value their employees you should look elswere. There are better companies out there.

I agree w/ ex prc in carrollton. Corp Mgmt treats agents as numbers instead of assets to the company. Agents are packed shoulder to shoulder, back to back. PRC can't retain good agents or managers because corp treats everyone so badly. The center has lost almost every member of its original management team in less than 6 months incl the site director.

I currently work for them. I wasnt minding the work too bad until they are forcing me to work mandatory overtime 4 hours a week. This is how they get you to sign up.If you dont want to do it then they force you 6 hours a week whenever they want you too. I hate the damn company. You also have to work with morons and idiots all day. Thats Prc for you.

I work for PRC and the truth is you need to get out and boycott the company. They fire people just because the Site Director doesn't like the person rather than looking at the abilities. They hire their friend for jobs and nobody is really worth their weight. Here is the deal, I have worked for others and I have always aspired to be like somebody, looking to grow but at PRC, I honestly feel that I could do a better job than the following cronies"
- Judith Rodriguez (prima donna)
- Mable Rodriguez (1 of 700 vp)
- Crystal Cone ( ex MCI enough said)
- James Donahue (ex MCI - enough said)
- Doug Hopkin (ex MCI -enough said)
- Walter Arsenatul (has not a clue)
- Arnold Rodriguez (should be working at Waste Management as garbage)
- the entire now 4th floor in Plantation except for a few
Their is no leadership in this organization and if you really pride yourself and want to grow then dont even bother. If you have a college degree and looking to get into management, don't it would actually look bad on your resume. I was in Iowa last week and i feel sorry for the folks there. If you are an agent, get out, I would love to see an entire walk out around the company to get the attention of Joe Livingston. He is in an Ivory Tower and does not know what is going on around the centers.

You are absolutely right! I would like to add a few names to that list (West Mifflin Center):

Kathy Esposito(ex US Airways)(Duhhh)
Don Gruber(ex US Airways)
Judy (HR Manager)
Beth Swank(ex US Airways)
Karen Orlando(ex US Airways)
Betty Gessler (ex US Airways)
Valerie Rosemeyer (ex US Airways)

All of these individuals are the most clueless people I have ever met and all were placed into Management positions; Why????

Hello, ANY call center ALWAYS has this problem. Try calling customer service for your cable, or just wait for a telemarketer to call you.. there's always background noise.. it's unavoidable.

Prc seems to be the same all over i thought it was just my site that treated me like a number and not a human, i guess there all ran by the same flock of idiots, managment is horrible they send you crappy calls to play the numbers game with you (yes they can control the calls u get) they off your sales insentives then make them impossible to get and they wonder why have the people lie and steal

I've worked in a few call centers around the country, and PRC is def the worst. Was hired in Miami in January of this year and have already had enough of the bs. If you're meeting or exceeding your goals, they find ways to play with the numbers so they don't have to pay you the commission you've earned.

You have to be signed in and available for calls at your start time, but the systems load so slow that you need to get to your desk at least 20 minutes before your shift in order to sign in on time. If you're one minute late from break, reprimand!!

Since I've only been there a few months, I don't recognize most of the names mentioned in the other posts, so I can't comment on them. Most of the managment in the Cutler Bay center has been nice, but very ineffective and not knowledgeable at all. Definitely lacking in people skills, that's for sure.

The HR department tells you whatever you want to hear in order to entice you to accept a position. Then, when you get the job, you'll see things are totally different, and not in a good way.

I would not recommend PRC as a place of employment for anyone, unless you are very desperate. Then, if you're hired, keep looking elsewhere.

with prc, there is no such thing as a right note, imo. There's a black chick named sabrina with lip piercings that is so damn rude to the agents and walks around with a look on her face like she's smelling something bad. whoever put her in charge needs to take a second look. she brings everyone down. she works for college board or h6r block.

wow, i'm pissed. i know prc is now alorica and no one will probably read this, but i gotta get it out there and off my chest. anyone know the hr mgr at cutler ridge - margarita fiducia? what's your take on this witch? she is so incompetent at conflict resolution and her attitude and agresiveness only makes things worse.shes only been mgr for a few months, but she's managed to offend the agents big time. she does not know how to be civil to people. i really hope someone at alorica would see this. she's a prejudiced, judgemental, narrowminded beatch. she screams at people to take off their hatsand thhen mutters stuff under her breath. alorica if you see this, you need tog et rid of her.
