What do you think -- is this company going to survive and thrive? Are they looking to expand their staff, or do you think layoffs are inevitable?

How does PRC stack up against the competition?

From my understanding the Carrollton Center is next to close. PRC is in debt and as part of the restructuring they need to shed some of these operating cost that are sinking the company. In addition, many of the clients that were cornerstones in the organization are not sticking around. The truth of the matter this is common in the BPO and unless you have cash like Convergys everybody else is trying to play catch-up. Its only a matter of time before other centers from PRC close and they probably shrink the company down to a more manageable size, probably only keeping the Florida centers around. BPO is like a hooker, the client will keep you around until another hooker does it cheaper. Many of the clients want quality but the mere fact that you need to maintain your operating cost at margins prevent the BPO of making any money. If you want to get out of this all together, I suggest you visit the www.canelius.com website. They are hiring agents and they are moving into Texas.
