Hi! I was informed by my recruiter that I was chosen for the job as a claims contact rep, pending the background check. Anyone know how long it takes? It began 2 weeks ago.

I was recently hired in the Austin call center as well and my background check was started on 3/1/11 and was completed on 3/14/11. Good luck.
