I want to apply for the claims adjuster trainee position but I have a minor misdemeanor marijuana conviction from 10 years ago. It is the only thing I have on my record other than a couple speeding tickets which are even older than that. I dont use marijuana anymore, and would be able to pass a drug test. The conviction was the result of a stupid mistake I made when I was younger and considerably dumber than I am now. Will this prevent me from getting hired? |
