from my experience I was asked your typical interview questions: tell me about yourself, strengths and weaknesses. They all have a script to follow. Depending on who is interviewing you will make all the difference. I have interviewed with many companies including 5 in the financial services industry. They all ask the same questions, but the manager at prudential whom I interviewed with was intense. He nit picked everything I said and called me out on some.

The first interview was lax. The second one where you meet with the managing director is the main one. hope this helps.

I am interviewing with a PRU Managing Director on 11/23/09. Any suggestions?
Also advised that the next step was a mock-Career Seminar to be preformed by me to management- has any one done this? If so, details please.
