Before you persue a job with Pulte, be advised of their posture of throwing employees away. The company has a reputation with head hunters as a "career killer".

Unless you're desperate, look at ANY other builder!

I had Pulte contact me a few years ago.It was between myself and another. The other person got the job(?) because Pulte would actually have to pay me a living wage.

I have worked with Pulte Supers. & Assit. Supers. some have the experince too qualify as an assitant super. but none that I meet had the hands on experince it takes to be a real construction superintendent. Most of them had more book knowledge than real hands on field experince. The pay sucks, so be careful if you decide to persue anything to do with Pulte Homes.
