I am a client, and on the day that I was told Pure was closing, the Manager told me to stock up on the products I would need to finish the program. She sold me an additional 10 boxes of lites, 4 bottles of Excell, 4 bottle of reduce plus, take off, and slim downs all at 60% off, plus another 10% for being a VIP member. When I asked if she would have the products for her other clients, she said yes. They were still receiving shipments. Besides that she gave me the information for stabilization and maintence. This all happened on Friday December 14th. So some centers did not try to stop selling.

i think alot of centers were pocketing the money of the things sold in the last days of the company. I heard of people buying things for 5 dollars and less. I think they knew they werent going to get paid so they tried to make the money in other ways.

I dont blame them at all.

But but but....that's not possible since the sku's were bad....and employees were told not to sell anything after dec.12th.....O but that's right can't hold the company responsible for that...only the stupid little employee...since i guess employees could do whatever they wanted and the company is not to blame...O silly me

Yes... Rain had facilities open already. I know there was one here in Illinois and they were working on opening another one.

They are all out of business now.

If you just hit your Anniversary and you re-upped your 5 days they are not owed to you until you next Anniversary. you can take them and would have been paid, however if you quit and took a vaction the company would legally take the vaction pay out of your last check as it was not owed to you.

The company closed on 1/4/08. Do I feel bad for the clients who lost money? Absolutely. Do I feel bad for employees (myself included), who either didn't get pay checks or had paychecks bounce? Absolutely. Do I think that it is time for ALL of us to move on? Absolutely.

What is Stacy Burling going to uncover? A corrupt business? I think everyone already knows that. Ladies......at this point VK is either really broke or has his assests hidden away well. We as employees nor will clients ever see a cent, I am sure. You cannot squeeze blood from a stone.

the holocaust happened, we dont forget it and just let it go and move on. We still owe it to the people and employees to try our hardest to get the word out and make justice prevail and make sure that this doesnt happen again and let history repeat itself.
