I know everyone is upset, i was upset...I left because I wanted to pursue a business adventure with my husband. I am an educated in the medical field...(RN) I believed in making money...everyone should understand if this was their own company they would push profit as well. I understand it was about integrity and honesty, but it starts with the employee contact to the customer. Some of the sales tactics were bs, I agree, but if you didn't like it...leave, find another job and move on...thats what i did. It is truly not the owners fault, he was running a huge operation and he lets everyone below run with his money. He can't be the eyes and ears for all of his 5000+ employees. People are to sue happy these days, everyone deserves their refund for product and weeks that were not used...get it and move on. Look, I am no way on one side or another...but look at your situation...you put the food in your mouth, you made yourself obese...don't be upset. Get your money...dollar for dollar...and take control of your life, your refrig. and your bad habbits and change. Change for whatever reason gives you that motivation AND MOVE ON!

You really are a piece of work!!!!How dare you belittle people when you don't know their situations as far as weight. Sounds to me like you are on one side...the owner and yes it is his responsibility to run a company and keep an eye on it.If you are in business with your husband, please let us all know what it is so we don't give you any of our business. With an attitude like yours you will end up running your own business in the ground since you won't be keeping an eye on it. And by the way, how are people supposed to get their refunds. I for one, was not even notified our center was closing. The manager was told on Mon and the store was closed Wed...yes, 3 days,it was supposed to close on Sat. You should be ashamed of yourself. If you were ever in the "caring" field as a nurse, you would never act this way. Glad you are no longer a nurse.

turk lets get some things straight for a new person who obviously has no clue. vahan was a bad business person who i heard many many bad things about how he ran the company (and others on here as well say the same so i am not alone) so yes you are correct i knew the company was in bad shape, but it was no other persons fault than VAHAN himself. so dont come one hear and blame me for knowing the company was doomed. any person with a good head on their shoulders could have figured this one out so take your anger out on someone else. i do feel bad for the clients and employees so i dont know where you are getting your information from. you are pathetic an just sign on here and post your NON-SENSE.

and you are correct i did watch it all unfold and i got out since i knew the company was a ticking bomb, layoffs after layoffs, employee turnover, bad upper management, non-existant owner, vegas parties, bad advertising (whoppi, steve harvey)......THE WRITING WAS ON THE WALL........

If you have not got your w2 yet you should get it soon. I got mine a couple days ago. My last check was not for all the hours I worked. But, at this point I am happy I got it. Since the closer I need to find a new place to help with my weight loss. I have lost over 76lbs on this program. But, I need to be accountable. Even though I know what to do I just have not been able to continue the way I have. I have 30 lbs to go and I just need to have some support. I did great as a client and an employee I really miss my job. I work another job. But, it just does not give me the same satifation as this job did. Any suggestion I where to go now?

anybody know what number to call if we never got that final paycheck? would love to know why i have not yet gotten it.

Dear Karma, I do not know you or at least I dont think I do, BUT you need to take a look at yourself...... you are literally on here every couple of minutes saying "I am done , I outta here " yet you come back every two seconds!!! Do you have a husband? Do you have children? Do you have a home to take care of? Where on earth do you find the time? Listen Im not trying to tell you what to do ,but, Its time for you to get back to your life ----if you have a new job focus on that before you get FIRED from there , too!
