Someone special, sounds very vain, take a look at yourself. ive taken back my life when i left that horrible place. so i have more posts, i believe in helping these people/clients who were screwed out of there hard earned money. so who do you support???? dont even bother answering i dont need your words.... and telling me to GROW up. maybe you should start with yourself.

Okay ladies.. I've been reading these last messages.. well, reading them everyday I might add!! This last little bit is RIDICULOUS!!

I sit back without anger watching all of this unfold. I was one of the last one's going down with the ship. Mind you... STILL WITHOUT PAY!

Let me ask all of you a serious question? Have you ever known anyone to wake up one day and say to themself..."OH MY, my house is in foreclosure??" "Oh, well why?"

VK KNEW THIS COMPANY WAS GOING UNDER!!!!!!!!! Did he do anything to take the appropriate steps to be sure that everyone received their product? Did he let all of us know ahead of time so we could get our client's out the door on the right foot? NO! He sold stupid FREE 52 week programs that included bulking their lites and getting them out the door in 21 days... SHADY!

This closing could've been done so much better. It was about "his" money until the end. If he cared about employees and clients, VK would've planned this differently. Instead, get as much money in the doors (despite lying to employees/clients)as he could before he CLOSED THEM. It is so obvious now. All of you defending him need to wake up!!! If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck... IT IS A DUCK!!

For the rest of us, employees and clients alike, get ahold of the PA ATTY. GENERAL yesterday!! There are employees stuck in leases in other states. Employees that were promised prosperity if they moved... There are clients who we, employees, sold 52 boxes of LA Lites to and they only received 10.. COME ON!! We need to stand together despite all the different opinions.

I am a very compassionate person and I feel for people who have lost their companies, but I feel for those who were honest in doing so!

And no I dont worry about my house being forclosed on because I bought a house I could afford and I have a saving account. Also please dont forget it is tax time people will get refunds. If your house is in forclosure I feel bad for you but your Finances
and the other ex-employees finances are not VK's Responsibility. We can also get unemployment. We can all get threw this and use the skills we learned at LA to get other jobs and move on.

heartbroken, i knew many people in the field and in corporate, they knew the company was going under for at least 6 months, the funds were depleting. These people dont care for anyone but themselves and thats that.

these people BELIEVE they know the truth, they dont even believe me when i said i left on my own, they keep thinking im someone else and if they knew they would be eating sand. the MASSIVE LAYOFFS at corporate were the red herring, the company was doing bad. they had 3 massive layoffs (starting last year, 06)at corporate and that was the beginning of the end...

Ding dong pure is dead. and they cant be obnoxious to people anymore since there is no company.

Right before I was set to come back from maternity leave, almost exactly a year ago today, I spoke with Nikki Fryer on the phone. And she told me that the company wasn't doing very good. That they just laid off a bunch of people in the field and that they had a hiring freeze. They weren't opening any new centers in 2007, and it didn't look good. So, they knew about it all back then. They could see it all coming and still sold programs and products to all those innocent clients, right up til the very end. It's pathetic, really. I feel so bad for the clients. Really I do. It's not right.

i worked for them for 4 years. i love all the people i met while working there ( that was the only positive thing), except the people who mades others miserable.

As I said before I worked in corporate and thank god it wasn't in HR, but I saw all the crap that the employees had to deal with on a day to day basis. HR was supposed to be the department that any of us employees could go to, however it never happened because there were certain employees in HR that were unapproachable and negative and didn't want to be bothered. Again, the company failed because upper management didn't care at all. The priorities of the company were non-existent. I agree with you Cindy - I think the company knew that it was going out of business a long time ago and didn't care that they were going to screw over a lot of loyal employees. Instead they were looking out for themselves.

thanks for supporting me and the others that were violated by this company. Again i am thankful for the friendships i made and feel so sorry for the clients and employees, but at least they cant hurt people anymore and take advantage of them.

I just hope he doesnt do the same thing with a new business venture. we have to make sure that doesnt happen. i will try.

Hey Terk....how can you defend this man/company after what has happened?? I consider myself lucky with the fact that i only lost 37 boxes of lites + my year of maintenance...b/c I keep reading of people that have lost thousands of dollars! How do you think any of this is fair? Seriously now! This company took our money and than did this...and i'm sorry you just don't decide one day "I think i'm gonna declare bankruptcy...there was obviously problems with this company's finances for quit sometime...and the fact that people signed up for this program a WEEK before they closed is just fraud on this company's part....if you PERSONALLY didn't have issues with this company than good for you...i'm glad you had a nice work environment for yourself...but these thousands of people who got screwed...you could at least show SOME compassion for them
