Has anyone who is disputing charges heard from Care Credit??

The post office in El Paso TX, where I sent my dispute form, hasn't even received my mail yet and it's been 11 days. (I've checked the certified mail receipt and it's not been accepted yet).

I called Care Credit and they can't do anything about it, imagine that.

Has anyone heard that their dispute form has been accepted and they are working on it?
