I received some bankruptcy info in the mail re: Pure's bankruptcy. I could have sworn there was paperwork attached - or maybe I read it on this forum - that we can send our documentation to these attorneys and be added as a creditor they owe money to.

Does anyone else know anything about this? I can't find that documentation and don't know what to send.

Thanks!

I printed off a Proof of Claim form from the internet and mailed it, along w/ copies of my paperwork, to the address on the form they sent out so that I can be in their long line of creditors they need to pay back. Doubt that'll ever happen, but why not play the game of mailing copies, right?

I'm still hoping Care Credit will cancel the remaining payments for those of us who have a balance.

For those of you who paid off early or paid in full...my heart goes out to you.
