Thank god I have found you.I have been so lost. Here is my situation. Iam 32 years old 5 1 and weigh 160 pounds I would like to loose 30lbs. I am willing to start my exersise program back up. It will be 45 mintues of cardio and 45 mintues of weights 6 days a week resting on sundays. What plan do I need. I have lites |

Francine, I just read your most recent April post and my gosh YOU GO GIRL! You lost 12# 160 to 148!!YAHOO for you :) Ok, now what is the secret? I read you added a starch and 1/2 protein. What plan are/were you on. I am 5'1" and 160# and would like to be 140# by July. On the Gold plan and stuck for 2 months at this weight. I do water areobics for 1 hour 2x week and walk 3 miles 2x week. Please share what you are doing that I perhaps am not. Maybe it is the food groups you are eating? I really would appreciate your feedback. |
