I have to laugh. RedRoseVertigo: I'm from upstate too and kelly is an unbelievably unethical woman whom I have watched double talk her way in and out of things constantly. loyalemployee (who said she would take a bullet for Vahan): is this before or after he basically raped his employees and clients of their livelihoods? Did you ever go to a conference with him? Did you watch him get drunk and flirt shamelessly with the women who worked for him? shove cash into their hands? i'll say one thing, he is charming, and has an electric personality... which is why i think we followed him so blindly. My feeling is that current employees should picket next week. And contact their attorney generals. |

Is pure Weight Loss an LLC? My sister in law has a client who stayed at the store asking other clients to fill out the complaint forms for the PA and NY att. Gen. She said she will be going to other locations weds to get more forms filled out so she can get something going. I wish her luck. If there was a brave corporate worker who knows alot of information that others do not know and can somehow "fix" this situation, (s)he should contact the PA attorney general and the media, who knows what good can come out of it! Happy Holidays to all! |

I went into my center at 7:15 today and didn't leave until after 2. I tried to call clients and even had a friend in calling with me for 2 hours. They said letters were going out to clients but I haven't heard anyone say that they received one. I have a list of clients who need "lites" that we owe them and I

Pure is fully incorporated. Rain Skin Center is an LLC. L A Weight Loss Centers, Inc. Announces Name Change to Pure Weight Loss, Inc.
------- What a brilliant idea about the AG. Every state should have someone in center doing that. Any of you former employees want to help out. Get the forms and hang out at your former center. BRING ALL THE CORPORATE OFFICERS DOWN!!! I just may do that too! |

Pennsylvania residents can file a complaint by calling 1-877-888-4877 or going to "health care complaints" at www.attorneygeneral.gov. Customers from other states can call 1-717-705-6938 and should also call the Attorney General's Office in their home state, Frederiksen said. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Or what you are still trying to cover up. Maybe in you put more work into being a nice person you would have more friends. |

Well I'll tell you all what, i think l.a. weightloss should have stopped selling bars and drinks. They should have invented a microscopic bacteria that lives in your body and just eats your food and flesh so you could lose weight. you sell that in a drink, you're rich, what a bunch of idiots at this place |
|
Crazy In Love in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania 11 months ago |
that takes me to another thing, why change the name to pure weightloss, any idiot would have known that would be the ruin of the company, jesus, BRAND NAMEESSSSS |

hey. I don't begrudge the guy a big house. With a big house comes a big mortgage, big electricity bill, big expensive cars and even more expensive toys (to compete with the neighbors), big credit card bills, even bigger maintenance and upkeep, maid service, lawn service, kids that make bigger messes in bigger spaces, kids that have had big gifts at christmas and expect even bigger gifts this week, a wife that expects a large shoe, makeup and clothing wardrobe plus tennis lessons and shopping trips to 5th avenue for more stuff to fill the big closets. When the big guy goes belly up, his reputation is completely thrashed, and his money runs out (and it will with all the legal woes), then the BIG bank will foreclose on his big house(s) when he can't pay his BIG mortgage(s). Then they'll have to move into a shoebox and that will be the BIGGEST LETDOWN! My philosophy in life -- the higher you climb, the greater the fall ... better watch out that you're not afraid of heights!!! In truth, I would never begrudge a person any material good they have -- so long as they don't flaunt, brag or just make an utter nuisance of their wealth. To Vahan's credit (and trust me, there is NOT much I can credit him with), he has never flaunted his wealth. Instead, "Miser" is the word that comes to mind. I think the wife wanted the big house. Maybe it helps her to sleep better (in her private wing, of course) knowing that her husband is a philanderer. For me, I'll stick to my modest property. It's easy and comfortable and doesn't come connected to expectations and other expenses. |

There were some unsavory sales tactics in my region. I did hear the phrase "make them, cry and they will buy" during my sales training. They encouraged me to use that in the PSV too....

i heard pure weightloss was kind of like charlies angels, i heard they trained the girls to be super spy agents, and had them perform missions and what not for the greater good, that could've all been here-say though, not sure how much of that is true |

My Regional told me not to worry about it though...She would always say "take the big girls lolly pops away and give them a slim down or a lite" They got big in the first place and paid a lot to eat this much, don't worry about asking them to finance their plans/bars. Its either they spend it here or at the Outback and on more clothes. Look how much Care Credit they are approved for and work up their program five dollars under that limit. She ran one of the top regions! |

YEAH.....RIGHT! "Make em cry and they will buy" That's a good sales slogan, karma, that's how you make "money"...jesus, what are you, some kind of amateur? all that is true, don't they want to not be fat? If i was fat, and someone offered me skinnyness for cash, they would only be selling me the truth, in small, purse-sized delicious tasting, and well-designed packages. |

My Regional once told me to run peoples credit card for an extra $36 on a week to make sales goals. She said it went on in other regions. She made sure account numbers printed on our copy of cc reciepts so we could hand punch in another transaction later in the week. She said clients never caught it, if you only did it when you needed to |
