I am helping my sister call the clients whom she gave her number to the last week at the center... Alot of clients have gained some weight back due to the stress of the situation and the holidays...I am advising them to start from the beginning in order to get back on track but I do not remember if they were supposed to use the fast forward drink when they were eating only proteins for the 2 days...can anybody let me know ...Thanks!

Great comment. Everyone who has defended him has never had anything solid to say about his affairs. And yes, there are many people who witnessed him with CB. Starting Orlando 2002. Pics, don't know. Didn't take any, just in my head what I saw. i did hear that others got pics later, other conferences.It really wouldn't matter except the company went down and took a lot of people's money with it. Vahan's personal life wouldn't matter if he and CB could have kept from just screwing each other and out of screwing the remaining employees and clients. what I saw was somewhat in the beginning of the whole thing. Again , what killed the company was greed, sell billions of boxes of bars and Trimax packages or whatever for free weeks and "hold" it for the client. I tried to tell people in the company what I thought, a few "Eons" ago. Come on be bop, loyal, special,go for it.

Have you heard any replies about refunds?

I haven't heard anything about refunds, but in the few weeks before we closed, we were giving clients refund forms to fill out. Did you complete a form, Barb? We were told that the refunds would take 6-8 weeks to process. I know that the company has filed chapter 7, and both LA and Pure are listed as names that the company has used, but the money is frozen at this point. I know because some of our checks have bounced. However, on the bankruptcy claim, liabilities are listed (I'm presuming that the liabilities are the monies owed to the clients). I believe it's true that bankruptcy claims legally have to be paid back, but I do not know what the time frame is for that type of repayment.

It appears that in at least some centers, client records, including medical history, client account records, which include your care credit and/or credit card numbers, and ALL other information we took from you (your personal files) were tossed carelessly into dumpsters at the time of the closing. This is being investigated in Florida, as the careless use of financial information and records is a crime. They are warning against identity theft, etc., as your credit card and Care Credit information was NOT protected. Seriously, you clients NEED to contact your state attorney general about this!! DEMAND that you be told where you information was sent, or how it was disposed of. I know I will be contacting my former clients to make them aware of the situation.

EXCELLENT INORMATION!!!! VERY INFORMATIVE!!! They will criminally prosecute for this if they find foul play, which i am sure they will. All these peoples credit card #'s and date of births and their social security numbers on the care credit applications. This could be huge!!!!

Do we contact our local branch? In NY there isn't an on-line form that can be sent...it has to be printed and mailed...and what do we classify this as to complain.....I just want to take and do the right steps here

Contact that PA attorney general AND your local attorney general.

I also wish there was someone from one of the buffalo centers here....there was a new person in our center every week (that was back during the summer) so I don't even know who worked at my center anymore. I know one girl that worked there also worked for Total Tan...maybe i can track her down? At least to find out about our files

We were all told by email and/or phone by the upper managment to box up the charts and send them to the warehouse.
And just like Karma said a couple of blogs ago I couldnt possibly know what was going on in all the centers.... so neither could VK or upper management.

Yes, not defending that center's folks at all, THERE COULD'VE BEEN A LOT BETTER PLANNING INVOLVED! Pure didn't really care! They would've started taking care of clients months ago... if that were the case!

When it came to Pure needing money, that sure went down the ranks QUICKLY!

Yes it was the employees...but guess what...the company is responsible for it's employees. If your in a department store...and an employee cleans the floor...soen't put up the "this area is wet sign"....a customer falls and breaks there leg....who gets sued...definatly not the employee....the store does...b/c the store is responsible for the employees. I've really had enough with you and all this defending BS....no one except your alter egos wants to listen to your crap anymore...so from now on i'm just ignoring your iganorant posts...and I hope everyone else does the same

Seems a reporter from the Inquirer is trying to break this thing wide open.. She is wanting to try to expose this thing for what it really is. She needs stories from EVERYONE.
i.e. Employees who didn't get final paychecks and got crappy closing instructions, clients that bulked their 52 boxes of lites in November, clients who lost any money at all.....
