Yes. Our hours were cut in October and pay changed to $12. per hour plus 1% center commission and 2% personal. California closed in early Dec. I never got commissions for Nov. & Dec. It wasnt a lot of money but that is not the point.

Maybe special and terk are the famous Kelly c, the forgery artist.

You sit there and say that people are bitter and negative but I bet your not holding a paycheck you can't cash. One has a right to be bitter and negative if they got screwed from a company that was suppose to take care of them. So get off your high horse and you get a life, I would really love to see which side of the conversation you would be on had you gotton screwed out of your money!

Hopefully by getting the information out there everyone will come out and get on the "going to get paid back" list. So,in the long run, after going to court.. etc.. maybe some people will get something back.

I have been reading this blog for a while and just had to comment! I have seen jobs posted on here for LA Weightloss' new kids exercise program. That ought to go over! I wonder what they will want to sell them?

I really wish I knew all those pay changes had happened throughout the company back in sept and october I would have jumped ship then. Things stayed the same in my area until the day of the conference call when we found out about the closing on jan 4th and oh yeah i was laid of that same day as the call!!!!

We all had our pay cut in October and then again after that, they did it without telling us and we found out when our checks arrived. When I think about all the stuff that went on Im amazed I stayed as long as I did. I think it was for the clients and I made some great friends.

I worked at Corporate too, although was not there until the end. I got my W2 really early in Jan - I was actually very surprised. Has your address changed from what they would have on file? Holly Allan, I was an active client. No disrespect to you either but to ask everyone what we are going to get out of this is incredible. For me personally I care more about VK's illegal actions and making sure he is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!!! My God will you please go and read Commonwealth of Pennsylvania VS Vahan Karian and take a look at the fraud that he has committed and the stealing and moving of funds. Where do you think the money came from that he was moving around? Its OUR money!!! So he purposely continued to solicit business when he knew the company was going out of business. There are another 20 things listed if you just go a read the document!!! He got as much money as he could then closed. He moved the money illegally and figured all he had to do was file for bankruptcy and he would be protected! Do I really have to reiterate the numerous allegations that are listed? Go and read the 20 page document. BROKE!!! Do you truly think the man is broke? hahahahaha that is absolutely hysterical. Believe me this was a well made plan - or so he thought. Do you really think that he wasn't consulting with his attorneys throughout all of this? I am sure there was a REALLY good reason that he closed Rain. It probably has something to do with the Attorney General being able to seize their funds too. If he is not in jail after all of this, he will open it again and if he is smart he will open it under a different name. What are we going to get out of this? The man is a criminal and he belongs in jail. There is no difference between him and the sharks that brought Enron down!!!! If I get my money great if I don't and he goes to jail then I will be just as happy. I emailed the breakfast buzz at thebreakfastbuzz.com as Kimberly Ray on the Buzz was a client there and advertised for them a few years ago, big time. I wondered if the station was going to do a story on the "situation". They are a very good and well listened to station around here so email thebreakfastbuzz.com asking for a story and we'll get it ,I'm sure in upstate New York, they are also in many other venues, like Michigan.

It looks like we have more subscribers!!! Great work spreading the word. Sorry i have been "hiding" i mean working so i havent had time to sign on. The progress we are making is amazing and i am so proud of all of you.
