I use to go to a center that is now closed and there are none near where I moved to, I cannot find my eating out guide...does anyone know where I could find one??

Good Luck on finding one. However, if you stick to grilled chicken salad and fruit you will be fine. May have some sodium weight but that will come off. When ever you go out to eat, keep it simlpe and extra water. I do have an eating guide as well. |
