I recently read about some of the benefits of working at Qualcomm on Vault.com and was wondering if they were true and/or applicable for all full-time employees.

- Raises given twice a year, average raise being about 3%
- Cash and non-cash bonuses, including "trips to amusement parks, or dinner for two at a nice restaurant"
- Health benefits paid 100% by Qualcomm

Also, I was wondering if there are other lesser-known benefits? Any help regarding this would be greatly appreciated!

True. Not sure about the average. There are merit reviews and raises twice per year. Stock options are also often awarded at the same time.

True. Supervisors (the people above you) can give employees special recognition for a job well done called a QUALSTAR Award. This "award" is a certificate accompanied by one of the things you mentioned.

- Health benefits paid 100% by Qualcomm
True. There is no deductible. It's really excellent healthcare coverage.

My fiancee work at Qcom. He worked in TI & Intel before, and he said Qcom is the best.

- Raises given twice, depend on your reviews. If you got a Qualstar, can expect more than 3%
- Qcom has so many great employee activities it's insane. Ballpark trip, Snowboard trip (from Qlife), Xmas Party, etc etc.
- No other better health coverage in San Diego

Still 15 working days. It only increases after 4 years.

Here are the publicly available list of benefits:
