I have read some of your comments on other comments. Were you full time or sub contracted. Are any Ex-ibm in your area. need more details. |

I don't know of any IBM people personally, but I know they were full-timers. I was sub-contracted. I learned not to trust them anymore. Can you help me out though? I noticed that the name I was given for my UC claim is different from who I received my checks from. I worked for Qualxserv but the claim says Getronics. |

I'm a full timer for Qualxserv. Getronics was Qualxserv for a few years until they split, that's why your check says Getronics. Also the point of working at these companies is to take as many vendor certifications as possible, even on the products you don't support yourselves (servers, printers, etc.) to help your resume.
Then go to Onforce.com and start doing service calls on your own. Stop whining about the company because all of these companies are going to end up the same way, if you lose your house you can't sue them. Try applying to some of the other service companies and get a night job. That's what I'm doing. God Bless. |

when a company (qualxserv) terminates you without reason and you are one of the best ,and won't give you the reason what then, no response to e-mails or calls 3 years two days off etc. etc. what then ? |

It's time to move on. I was with them for 2 years. I was one of their best also and because one little crying b**** didn't like being told how to do her job, I lost mine. Couldn't be happier!! |

General comment: So you've been fired by Qualxserv? Then I would say you either weren't doing your job satisfactorily, you're a constant complainer or you weren't customer oriented. The better technician's are appreciated by Qualxserv and we care about our customers and . Best job I ever had. Wishing you well in your future endeavors but hope you improve that negative attitude. God bless you!!! |

Yeah, I was. Guess what? They lost their unemployment case also not once but 3 times! HA! I only have a negative attitude towards them. I couldn't be happier now. I have a WAY better job that doesn't call for driving around in MY car! One thing puzzles me with you though. Are you a full-timer? It makes all the difference because I was not nor would I ever become one!! I inquired about it several times only to be told there was never a chance. Take a good look at my other comments in here before judgement is cast upon me next time. What is that passage? Don't judge yet thee be judged? |

Dennis, I was not specifically responding to your post, I was only speaking in generalities based on the tone of many of the messages in this forum and also based on my 2 years experience working for Qualxserv as a part-time DSP. I wasn't judging anyone including you. FYI, the verse you are referring to is mentioned more than once in the New Testament including Matthew 7:1-2 which states the following. 1 JUDGE not, that ye be not judged.
My understanding is that Christians are to judge their Christian Brothers but not non-Christians. Since I don't know whom in this forum is a Christian or not, I wouldn't be so bold as to judge them. Should I judge another, I would expect to be judged by the same standard. I wish you well in your current job. I have no desire to be full-time with Qualserv or anyone for that matter, but I do love working outside an office and on the front-line with the customers. |

God bless you!!! My ROS cut my calls by about 3/4 and even pushed me out of my home city and state a few months ago. She wouldn't return my calls. I just finally got an email from her claiming that I turned down too many calls (I had NEVER turned down a call anywhere until long after this happened and she wouldn't return my calls) and that my stop codes were late. The stop codes were sometimes but never after she told me to get them in earlier. My Dell Stack Rating is in the mid 30s but they still have cut me down to nothing and are probably going to either fire me or just never give me any more calls for questioning her and standing up to her. The tech getting all the good calls has to have a stack rating in the mid 20s (They give out too much info in those stupid conference calls) and he has turned down any call more than a few miles away. Hopefully I'll get a better job soon and she won't have to put up with me. And my ratings won't pump up our branch's average. |

Was your ROS Rebecca? Did she lie to and about you also? You can contact me at the_surrealestate_agent@yahoo.com and I'll write back from my regular e-mail. |

Best job I've ever had. Sometimes the workload is less than I would like, but currently things are picking up. If you're looking for a full-time job with benefits, this is not the job. If you're only looking for a part-time job to supplement your income and you want opportunities to increase your experience and get certified, go for it. |
