Qualxserv Tips of the Trade on Dell laptops and desktops

I wanted to start this discussion to focus on troubleshooting and other tips that we've learned while working as technicians for Qualxserv. Although I came to QXS with years of a broad spectrum of computer experience, I've learned some neat tricks and tips in the last two or so years. Perhaps most of what I learned you guys/gals already know, but I'm sure other technicians could gain some valuable insight if we share that information here. I'm anxious to here somehting positive about this company, as I'm looking @ an offer for employment from this company, and as of yet have not come remotely close to finding anything that seems as though it would be worth my time. I've run a few calculations on what they'r3e offering to pay, but with the large radius of rural area that I would be covering, it seems highly unlikely that i would even be making min wage on the days iwould work with the traveling expense and time driving and wear on personal vehicle the job requires, which wouldn't be reimbursed.
