qualxserv getting reimbursed for millage

Hello,

From one of the previous posts regarding qualxserv, one of the former employee of qualxserv stated that you can reimburse your millage despite what qualxserv may say. The following was his reply:

"They say you cannot claim you mileage. That may be true, but for the last couple months before I was canned, I did do it and I did get reimbursed, TAX FREE. You would do what is called a Mileage Expense Report. Everything you need will be there, just follow the instructions."

can this be done?
