Hello everyone,

After months of rejection e-mails, I received a call from an HR rep from Quest Diagnostics and have scheduled a phone interview. Can anyone give me any ideas of what they might ask? Is it more procedure oriented or patient service oriented? Any advice is greatly appreciated!
