I went to Quest in Apple Valley, The lady where so roude or should I say nasty. I wanted to work there but after that I turn around at the door.

Most Quest drawing centers are understaffed, Comments about poor customer service most of the time are directed at the poor employee behind the desk! Rude could be " Please take a Number" Sir..
