As a Long-Term Employee and a Shareholder of this Company, I would like to respectfully express my Personal Opinion. How can the underlying Board ot Directors "Justify" the Total Compensation ot $9,076,699 to Mr. Surya N. Mohapatra when your Logistics Employees, "so-called Ambassadors" Standard-Of-Living Continues to Decline year after year, based on the current Pay Structure. Obviously, Mr. Surya N. Mohapatra would In-No-Way be impacted by Cost-Of-Living Expenses based on His Total Compensation for 2006. You would think that Quest Diagnostics would Acknowledge their Logistics Employees, "so-called Ambassadors" who Truely Represent this Company on a daily-basis as a Valued Asset, rather than Minimal Labor Cost Employees within this Company. Please Forward this (Quest Diagnostics Forum) Website to your co-workers, Thank you. |
