It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Quicken Loans?

What happens when you have a recruiter contact you and interview you and then tell you that they will call you on such and such day at 10am and doesn't call. I even left several messages. I wished the recruiter would have told me from the intial phone interview that I was not what they were looking for instead of having me get my hopes up.

Update there was a miscommunication on what day and time the recruiter was to contact me. Everything has been cleared up and now I am waiting on my offer. I went in there confident, driven and aware. I really think this is a wonderful opportunity. Now I have to see how well I matched up to Quicken Loans.
