Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Quicken Loans? Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers? What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Quicken Loans? |

In detroit the dress isn't that great. In Cleavland it is similar. Arizona has the best dressed and less casual environment. Atmosphere is the best, it is great. There are no people wearing suits, maybe 1-3% of people (hardly anyone and hardly ever). Folks get together for happy hours on fridays after work. Typically friday is a day people leave a bit early, but they still stay til 6 or 6:30 unless you are a top banker which means you slack off big time on friday. |
