Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Quilogy?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Quilogy?

Former Employee in Kirkland, Washington

It's very top down, the execs DO NOT like to be questioned or issues being brought up - they see it as complaining and you'll get a black mark. They were casual years ago, now they are business attire. There is a tight click at Quilogy, hard to get into. The culture is, overall, cheap - by which I mean when you on-board you will rarely get a new laptop, you'll get the guy's laptop who quit the week or month before. You wont' have your own phone, and they don't have an a real on-boarding process. Mostly they toss you a used laptop and expect you to be billable the second day.

While Former Employee is somewhat right, I've personally been to the Seattle office for work. They wear jeans there unless going on-site to MS. Most offices do allow casual days often except corporate in St. Louis. If a client will be on-site or you go to a client then you will need business dress. Otherwise, business casual.

Some people go out. Many offices are small so it pays to be close to those you work with. Probably not Happy Hour but lunches and evenings together. Many people are late 20s so they prefer dining/wining over drinking.
