job requirements

Just wanted to put my two-cents in about QVC's requirement in regard to AHT (avg handling time / talk-time). If you do not keep your AHT at 211 SECONDS or less, you WILL be terminated. The stress of trying to do that, yet at the same time concentrate on helping and being kind to the customer, is not worth it. Yes, I was recently terminated and thank God, I do not NEED that job to survive. But, there are other customer service reps who do need their jobs and the benefits, and I really feel for them. QVC used to be a great place to work. I appreciate the hundreds, thousands of customers over the past 8 1/2 years who thanked me for my patience, kindness, and courtesy. One even sent me a hand-written personal note, through the office of our president! My best to those who struggle each day to keep their jobs.
