The only decent perk working for R & L is that they have several free, company owned resorts that full time employees can take advantage of. The downside is that when you become a full time employee you take a 2-4 dollar an hour pay cut, and go from 20-30 hours a week to 50-70 hours a week.
The huge bummer about that is that R & L does NOT pay overtime. I repeat, you do NOT get over time pay at R & L Carriers, regardless of how many hours you have worked. You also can not get a 401k or insurance unless you're full time (contrary to what the website boasts about for it's perks here for a part time position). Once you figure in the ridiculous insurance costs, and the hourly pay cut a 3 year full time employee working 50 hours will make around 60 dollars more for the week than a part time employee who has 3 years experience and worked only 25 hours for the week.
