It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at RGIS Inventory Specialists?

Any advice on striking the right note?

Show up with your arms and legs attached. Seriously, these guys will hire anyone who is breathing.

You just have to pass a simple counting test. When you pass the schedule your orientation.

ok here the interview process has changed its like 4 hours long or something crazy like that.
Its to weed out the people that arent going to last longer than 2 days. Now personally I feel as if thats a bit much but hey it seems to be working.

I believe they are using Unicru now. If you don't know about Unicru, Google it. It's basically a personality test to see how well you are suited for service industry jobs.

I personally put personality tests in the category of pseudoscience, but more and more employers are starting to use these now for screening.

Bottom line: any skills you might have are less important than your ability to be a good little drone and not make waves.
