Rgis inventory services pays a competative $9.00 per hour to start. You will be awarded 1 employee shirt. you will never have the same pay check so you will never be able to budget they pay ever two weeks. you want 40 hours a week...thats cool sometimes you might get 40, you might get 15 it just varies. you want overtime... that cool but it just might come when you least expect it, for example an inventory that usually taked about 8 hours to complete turned into 19 hours we started at 6am did'nt finish till about 2 the next morning other than that I'll say it's a good company for the person who can't seem to get a regular job(the will higher anybody with arms and legs)

As a new hire, unless you show unusual potential, hours go to the most skilled and those with most seniority first. People with more hours available to work obviously get more work time than if you have other commitments & limited times you're available.

You're lucky if you get hired on at $9.00 an hour. Hourly pay varies depending on labor availability. Oftentimes RGIS advertises $9.00-12.00 an hour, but you find at the interview that $8.00-8.25 is the actual new hire pay, and previous experience in most other areas is irrelevant.

By nature of the type of work this is, this job is NOT for anyone who regularly needs 40 hours a week, nor for anyone who needs health care coverage with their job.
