RGIS W2 Issues

We've all been well aware of how RGIS handles their employees. I've heard rumors about how they have listed a certain number of employees, but only sent out a certain number of w2 forms? Seeing how I worked several months for them I do need to worry about that.

Its tax time and my current job has already posted theirs on w2express. Do I need to pester the local office to make certain i receive one? Personally I'm impatient and would like to get mine NOW. But as long as I can be assured of getting one I'm willing to deal.

Hard to take chances on a company that just doesn't care - or has a brain - something along those lines.

RGSITL in New York said: Some of my team got their W2's this Friday and Saturday, I have yet to get mine.
There was a small period you could have signed up online to get it electronicly but if you didn't it gets mailed.
They have until January 30th to send you the W2, my other job will give out W2's on Friday 1/30.
If you don't get it then, you call your IRS office and file a complaint, then RGIS has another 2 weeks to give you the W2. If you don't have it by then you can file with using a substitute W2 but you can not electronicly file (I beleive).
I can't believe that they also stopped emailing the paystub. They email you your schedule but now they won't email your stub anymore.
Go figure.

What was the website they asked you to go to if you don't mind. My other job told me that I only had tell a certain time to sign up to and I signed up after that and was still able to get my W2 off of that web site. Thank you for any help in advance.

Past two years they used a website, this year the website link does not work.
I got my W2 from RGIS yesterday in the mail.
