Your time will start at the starting time of the store. If it is a travel store, you get paid travel time after 1 hour of travelling. For example, we are doing a store on Saturday that is 5 hours away so we get paid travel time for 4 hours there and 4 hours back and then will get paid regular time from start to finish of the store.

Travel time is not paid at your hourly rate.
Drivers of carpools (not people driving directly to a store) are paid the first hour and if they use their own car are paid per mile.
The per mile depends on your district office location or operations group.
In some cases you drive 5 hours get to the store and work an hour and drive five hours back (been there done that), they will pay you at least minimum wage for 9 hours. That was a different law suit RGIS lost (before they were LLC/Blackstone) not the current class action.
