Its a waste of time, Radio shack is not what they advertise, Ther is no management program, just start out as sales person minimum wages and payed for performnace, you don't sale, no money, and also no loyalty. Don't waste you time or effort.

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE should anyone with any sense who wants to make a decent wage EVER work for RS. Corporated doesn't give a damn about any of its workers and will and constantly DO screw with pay plans so much so that you pretty much only make min. wage but work god-awful hours.

They used to be a decent company to work for, but over the last 10 years have scewed their employees out of every dollar they can.

The pay really sucks. It's minimum wage plus commission. It's not easy to make much commission. Most of it comes with wireless sales and even those aren't easy to make money off of. And they want to include accessories for everything and want you to get warranties on a lot of items (even items that don't make sense to get a warranty on!) And don't get me started on how they can screw the customers with their warranty services!
