Impossible

I think it is strange how the same exact jobs are constantly being posted on the site. I am guessing they are not hiring for any positions.

They are indeed hiring for positions,but some positions should not be on the polo site since they are hiring from the inside. The same positions come up because someone has left the current position and thus, a space has to be filled. Its a chain reaction. You want to keep every position filled. One person leaves to another department , their space in the old department will be filled and so on. Its the same position but different time. Hope this is understood.

I had applied to this job twice and to no avail. What is going on? I am sure several people had done the same and this job is still posted, why? Something is going on? Somebody has to be intelligent enough to realize that they want a person out from Mars? Get with it, honey!!!! Tired of posting and asking for a job.

These companies, most are connected the wall street(Stock Value). When you are promoting your companies growth you have to also be creating jobs that is if your growing.
These companies are posting jobs they have no intents on filling, or/and the
are going to give them to a insider. This economy is not as good as they like to
project. Somebody tell me other wise.

Since we are discussing applying for jobs, I think that what is out there is not fair. What are these Agencies looking for? We had jobs "All" our lives. Had worked very hard and we know we could do the job that are given to us. So, then why we do not get a job? When we apply for a specific position that you know you can do, we still don't hear anything from anybody. Why. Disgusted of this situation.

I can't believe the amount of times they repost the same exact jobs. Please don't waste your time with this company and think twice before buying the products.

Please let me know what else to do? It is a disgrace that these "Famous" Companies are always looking for employees that don't exist. Is that crazy or what? Sometimes I applied to the same job 3 or 4 times but you hear nothing from them. Ralph Lauren and ALL other companies should be ashamed. I am one that will never buy anything from them.

I got laid off a few months ago and I'm pretty tired of scouring the internet for employment. Lately, I've used the Creative Group to get some work, but these positions don't seem to last too long. A friend of mine, who is a writer, told me "it's hard work finding work". I have to agree. Maybe being a persistent pest is the way to go. I just throw a line in, and hope something bites.

I agreed with you 100%. It is just a waste of time to be at the computer and nobody answers. No matter what position you're applying. I think this only a game these Agencies and Employers have.

Yes, something is out of order in the Internet hiring. It could be all of these reasons that you write but for a rule of thumb the companies would be obligate to explain if the just hired someone or in a few words why you didn't match the position.
Always the employee a second citizen in this game. You always don't know why they didn't hire you or in defect which type of profile, they "hired'.
