There were jobs posted on their web site, my qualifications matched their requirements, I had created a user id and posted my resume and I also answered a position but I didn't get any feed back. Everything I submitted and posted didn't have any errors (spelling or grammar).

The biggest thing hiring managers are looking for is communication skills. I am a recently hired recruiter myself, and no, there is no racial profiling where I work, and in fact we do diversity recruiting on top of that.
If a candidate has great communication skills that means that they are able to be taught and communicate back any questions or concerns.

you need to be able to communicate your abilities and your enthusiasm for the job. On ever notice I have seen and through out all of my education within this field, Communication is the second most important reason someone is hired, after meeting basic qualifications, of course.
