It isn't just Randstad that has the 'no follow up' policy.

I find that I am following up with my recruiters to find out either the client filled the position or that my experience isn't what they wanted.

Very rude company. If you are unlucky enough to get an interview they still don't find you anything. Everyone you call to follow up with about the positions either doesn't have anything, or they'll call you, but don't. Wow, such nice customer service. Must have to be a Mason or in a certain Frat/Sorority to get a job through them.
