Hi All,

Important question. I was told my job offer will be rescinded if I do not graduate with a 3.0 cumulative GPA. HOWEVER, the GPA is not listed anywhere in my conditions for employment in my written offer. Why is that? What if my cumulative GPA upon graduation is a 2.97-2.99? Will I really lose my job? If my offer is contingent upon my GPA why is it not in writing?

Raytheon could care less about GPAs. If you have the required skills, you get the job.

They don't even have methods to check your GPA. Half the people that work there say they had 4.0s with honors. Don't worry about it.

You can come work at the plant here in Forest, MS! Heck if you don't have a degree you can even become a manager! All you need to know is how to kiss ass, and say "Yes Sir".
