What is the rules and regulations or policy and procedures about workers taking home computer parts from Raytheon? Is it against Raytheon's policy and procedures to take computer parts like hard drives, whole computers, etc., etc. home to rebuild computers on your time off so he/she can sell them? Has anyone ever been caught doing this? What happens to the people that help him/her with the transactions? What happens to the people that live with this person if charged with a crime? I need to know so I can present this to a judge in this month.

Taking equipment owned by a company and selling it yourself is illegal. It's called theft. Further, with Raytheon it could be a breach of security, national security. If my husband were to do this I doubt I would be charged with any crime unless I knowingly aided his criminal enterprise. DONT DO IT!
