What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Regency Hospital?

Attire is pretty casual. We are required to adhere to a dress code on scrub color, but otherwise, casual especially for non-licsened personnel. Not very friendly. Work environment pretty hostile. Seems no one has anything positive to say about anyone or anything. Lots of "backstabbing". Management needs to be more fair and supportive. Now this is one hospital, not a reflection of all. Regency is a great company, just this one unit has problems.
