REI Interview Questions.

It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at REI?

Any advice on striking the right note?

I interviewed back in the 90's and it was very laid back. Easy to talk with the managers and the questions were tied more to my availability than capability. I left and went back to work in 2000 and again because I had already worked there it was a very laid back process. GREAT company to work for and a great way to make a circle of new friends that enjoy doing the same things you enjoy! One last thing to note on interviewing at REI, timing is everything…best to be looking for a job there after the holidays or summer when the college students go back to school. Best of luck!
