It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Research In Motion?

Any advice on striking the right note?

If they call you for face to face interview. They expect you to write lot of code in front of them. They asked me write bubble sort and other complicated algorithms. Most of them are very mean people. I am sure they will not be there if they are hired using the same procedure.

It would be much more helpful if you described the job you were interviewing for.
If you are a software engineer their method might make sense. If you are a mechanical engineer that seems unusual.

What level? Experienced? Entry-Level?
