This question is directed to current reps in LA area. I'm a seasoned sales professional with management experience (overseas Asia) early 30s, hungry and new to outside sales.
o What are the key territories in LA that are profitable (I know they all are if you worked hard bla x 3, but where are the potential for growth? Downtown?) What territories have a hard time?
o Name some notable TM's that would be great to work with.
o Starting base w/ car at ~29K seems shallow, but I understand bonus is considered; what are sample 1st year gross's for those in LA and since I'd be entering w/ substantial sales experience, is HR open to baseline salary negotiation? How flexible can I expect them to be and how do they respond to this discussion?
o How are the benefits?
