Glad I'm not the only one who dislikes RHI!

I thought it was just me! I'm looking to relocate and have sent resumes to a few different RH agencies and have heard nothing even though I am qualified.

I finally heard back from one after sending my resume via email three times and two phone calls. This woman calls leaves a message, very friendly saying how she would like to speak with me. I call back, leave three different voice mails and send her two emails and hear nothing back. It's really very insulting.

I know that I am qualifed for this positions that I am applying for These people make money by placing qualified candidates in these job positions. You think that they would be happy to talk to you.

It really is disappointing that so many companies go to them. They would probably find better candidates and save themselves money doing it on their own!

They like to meet people in person before they present them to companies. Its too much of a hastle for them to deal w/ people from out of town - also because companies are more interested in local candidates....will only consider out of towners after about six months.

She might also no longer be w/ RHI.
