Tito in Chino Hills, California said: Too funny. It means they value the services that a recruiter can offer and want to hire the best people themselves. RHI doesn't have a division that specializes in sales recruitment. |

It also means that despite all their resources, branding success, and market presence, they have a hard time overcoming the stigma that is now attached to them. How else can one explain the incredible turnover of their employees? |

Let's analyze this objectively. A company in a service business hires a competitor when they need the particular service that they provide. I wonder how it would work with say, Microsoft? If Bill Gates needed to write "Windows Ultra Vista Magnificent 2010," would he hire the Fedora project to do it for him? I suppose it is feasible. You could then pay Microsoft for the operating system or get the same thing from Fedora for free. Yeah that's good business. So if I go to the agency that RH has employed, they'd be able to place me with RH as a recruiter or in any of the jobs that they compete with RH for? |
