Quit crying about it

I am a un-educated woman working as a Lead Supervisor at a Manufacturing company.I make more money than most people are offered with a education. But You still have the advantage on Me, You can choose Your jobs. I choose not to get a education, so I am stuck with mine. I hate My job for one reason, I dont want to live the rest of My life stuck in a factory. That just means it harder for Me to get somewhere else. But I dont cry about it, I am constantly doing research to get somewhere else. And I am sick of coming across the forums on here that cry they have been misled, or cheated, discremated against. Move on and get over it on Your own. If Your going to write something make it a learning and positive review that we can use. Dont slander someone because You didnt get what You wanted, do it because You actually know something they did that affected Your lively hood.

We understand fully.

But consumers should be able to read about a company and choose for themselves what to believe and what not to. I think this is a great site. It’s nice to vent somewhere. They screwed me (time, energy and effort). However I got myself a job 3 weeks later. Now I just laugh at them when they try to get a job from us. Sometimes, I even let them take me out for lunch. Guess that’s my venting.

Got to pick up and keep going I agree but, others should know how they treat their clients. Yes many other staffing firms do the same thing (posting fake jobs) should they get away with it? NO. I think u should post your experiences about them too.

Kind of like picking stock. Look at their portfolio, legalizes that may arise, research. Come on. This site is used for good and bad experiences. I just see more bad than good. I wouldn’t buy their stock.

People have a voice and sharing your experience may help another. I do think that people should use names maybe even contact corporate office to inform them. Don’t hide if you want to make your point heard.

Is it a waste of time probably but, its worth it to some.

If u read some of these postings some r positive, some r from former worker talking about the bottom line, some even give names, and ect…
Its not all nonsense, even if they write something that did affect their lively hood would they be a credible source (we wouldn’t know). Peoples options r peoples opinions u have to take it for what it is.

Just like your option about being stuck in a factory, being un-educated that is by choice. You choose to be uneducated for one reason or another (not the point) Now u have to pick yourself up. Sounds like u r crying about it. EX. I HATE MY JOB, I AM STUCK WITH MINE. Sounds like your trying to tell a story but with a twist you research b/yet still miserable. Positive and wily @ the same time.

If your going to try to tell people to write something positive or something that affected your lively hood. Do not complain online about u being stuck at your JOB. Crying about it being harder plz just being a women or a African American makes it harder educated or not. A lot of things make it hard but, you re not actually stuck their you choose to stay (sounds like its because of the pay). I know plenty of uneducated people that can move from job to job with no problem its called experience. Some of my friends even went back to school in their late 40s. Come on 40 I cant believe it but they did. I even went to school with people older.

I guess theirs always an excuse for peoples behavior but being un-educated is the biggest excuse I have ever heard. I have wealthy friends that don’t have their 9th grade education.

Do u image how much 2 yrs of schooling and what prob. 10-20 yrs of experience as a supervisor would get u, a dam good job. Just having the experience is a great start.

You're a walking contradiction. You tell everyone to say something positive but then you say "And I am sick of coming across the forums on here that cry they have been misled, or cheated, discremated against." and "I am stuck with mine. But then you whine about "But You still have the advantage on Me" and act the victim. What gives?

Hey lady,, try to get a GED, go back to school, and then realize people are not whining or complaining, but instead your boss is a prick and takes the easy way out by brainwashing you with that idea. Most information on here is great, and to know the crappy companies before we all go through there miss-leading interviews can be a huge time-saver. So please keep your mouth closed, if for no other reason, your foot has to be getting tired of always ending up in it.Like you said you are uneducated and are constantly spending time researching. This process helps people to speed that process up.

To add a last note, my friend went on here and read someones whining as you call it. Because she and the other individual took there time on here only one of them spent a day selling door to door, when they were both told they were attending there second job interview which would give them a great idea of what the job was like.

I do not think you sound like you are whining. You stated the facts, took responsibility for where you are in life and you are working...something many of us on this site are not doing.
Sounds like you are looking into making a positive move, a point which some others here missed. Good Luck and go after your dream!

I have to agree with the original poster. There is a lot of whining going on here. Here is the way I see it. Many people post their complaints with the notion that they are doing everybody a favor by reporting the bad experience at some particular company. That is not the truth and is a biased and unfair depiction of the company.

All the people who work at that company are not likely to be here on a job search website reporting the positive aspects of their work environment so most of what is written here is from the losers, quite frankly. That is not to say they are losers as individuals but losers at that company and in that job.

I have said it many times and will say it again.. the way to see it is that there were not droves of people who quit the company and followed you out the door the day you left employment there. That says that for whatever reason, those other employees were more or less happy with their jobs.

In the area of an agency as in this thread, RH is a large company and has been in business for many years. I can tell you a fact and that is that RH nor any business stays in business for very long if they are not successful in their endeavor. RH would have long ago been nonexistent if they were doing it wrong.

RH appears (by all accounts here - if you read between the lines) to be a very sophisticated agency who only places very highly qualified people so it would stand to reason that people who were not very sophisticated would appear here writing that they were mistreated when in fact it is obvious that they just didn't make the grade.
