RH gets interviews for multiple people for one job and they all interview one after another. The first candidate goes in. When they come out the RH rep debriefs the candidate. They feed the information to the next candidate. This goes on in the whole process. The last person has the best chance of getting the job because they have been coached the most. Not fair to all of the previous candidates. They are the sacrificial lambs. |

well, maybe the last one in gets an advantage - that is if all candidates are equal - but they are not. Some people don't interview as well as others. Some are more energetic than others. Of course companies hire people - not resumes. Interviewers know when they are being BS'ed. So if someone has the stuff that the cmpany wants and can carry themself well - they have a great chance of getting the job - or a job sooner they don't always do the one after another thing. That only happens when the company agrees to do it - And they do it if they think that its a more efficient way of seeing a lot of people |

I am fortunate to have a good job right now, no thanks to RH. I would put my resume up against anyone. I have a stable work history with an excellent background. In four months time RH secured one interview for me. There were instances where I secured interviews with companies that were also interviewing RH candidates. Why didn't RH present these jobs to me? I even met with the temporary employment side of RH. I took their accounting proficiency test. I missed one question. It was a question that was very ambiguous. I never received any calls for temp opportunities. The bottom line is RH is just too big to service their candidates. I received a lot more attention from smaller agencies and a lot more interviews. They were constantly in contact with me. Garelli Wong did a great job for me. I hope they do not turn into a RH. It would be a shame. |

If you were the person hiring for an open role wouldn't you want to see more than one person? What is wrong with Robert Half sending in multiple people for the same role? It does not matter if you are first or last - if you had the best personality mesh and skills for the job you should get the job. |

If I owned a business and was using a recruiter, I would want as many qualified applicants as possible. That is not the problem. As an employer, I would be very upset if I found out that RHI was debriefing the applicants and then telling the other applicants what questions where asked.
