Robert Half

I have always said that recruiters at Robert Half not only do not know what they are doing and they have quota requirements. That was recently confirmed by one of their ex recruiters. What irritated me even more was being told that they went out to happy hour and rewarded the recruiter that was able to get the most folks in and there were many jokes about the candidates. That to me is sick.

Not sure why companies even bother to use recruiters. Most of the recruiters dont even know what they are looking and are just happy to send a body in hope the employer would hire. The Robert Half name is definitely not associated with credibility.
